For monthly payments, the period of notice is 3 months. For annual payment 12 months.

We want to offer an excellent and supportive service. For this reason, we do not allow online orders. You can schedule a call to get more information about Luna. We will discuss your needs. You can also schedule a 30-minutes demo to get a first impression of Luna. We will show you around the Luna Intranet as well as different possibilities depending on your needs.
Where is the data stored?
Your data is stored in a 3-fold redundant ISO 27001-certified data center in the area of Zurich, Switzerland. Our scalable and redundant data center infrastructure ensures the secure operation of your intranet instance. Each intranet instance is completely isolated from other intranet instances, not only at the application level, but also at the data level.
